1970 Plymouth Barracuda AAR Coupe

You are looking at a REAL 1970 Plymouth Barracuda AAR. This Muscle Car only has 40,840 actual miles on the clock. This Mopar is Fully documented and completely numbers matching. We have the Build sheet for the car. It has also been certified by Galen Govier The car only has 10 miles on it since recieving a three year frame off restoration from 1997-2000. There many photos showing the detailed restoration. The car was completely gutted in January of 1997. The entire body was chemically striped down to bare metal. Both Quarter panels, outer wheel houses, trunk floor, and extensions replaced. The hood is original. The Underbody was sealed with epoxy primer. The body was painted with Dupont base coat/clear coat including underbody and all inner panels. New brake lines and fuel lines were replaced. All new wiring harness. All suspension bushings replaced. New windshield. New Legendary carpet, headliner, seat covers, and front seat foam pads. The car retains its original dash pad with no cracks in it. The engine was taken to a local machine shop. The block was cooked out and bored .030 over. Rods & Mams on crank shaft cut .010 under. Engine was balanced. All bearings, rings, seals, and gaskets, are from Mopar Performance. New Oil Pump & pick up also from Mopar Performance. After market pistons with a compresion ratio of 10.25.to 1. All three carburetors sent to Holley for rebuilding and replating. New Mopar performance pressure plate, disc, & throw out bearing. New seals and gaskets in tranny. The front tires are correct size and date coded plyglass gt. The rear tires are reproductions. The car has been judged at four shows. It won 2 best of shows, and 2 1st place trophies. Be sure to view all 60 detialed photos.
